Before transitioning into real estate, Nick built a successful career as a Senior Piping Designer and Project Manager in the Oil & Gas and Construction industries. That experience sharpened his project management skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication—qualities that now give his clients a distinct advantage throughout every stage of the buying and selling process. Combined with his strong negotiation skills and tireless work ethic, these strengths have helped establish him as a trusted advisor and top-producing REALTOR® in the Fraser Valley.

Originally from Calgary, Nick made the Fraser Valley his home more than a decade ago, drawn by its natural beauty, vibrant communities, and exceptional quality of life. Since relocating, he has developed a passion for enduro mountain biking and enjoys exploring local trail networks, including Ledgeview, Sumas Mountain, Bear Mountain, and many other scenic destinations throughout the region.

Nick lives in Abbotsford with his wife of over 19 years, their three children, and their dogs. When he's not helping clients, you'll often find him enjoying the outdoors with his family, discovering local parks, hiking trails, and everything the Fraser Valley has to offer. Born and raised in Mission, Dan spent more than 12 years living in Abbotsford before recently relocating to Chilliwack with his wife and two children. Having lived throughout the Fraser Valley, he has developed an in-depth understanding of its communities, neighbourhoods, and real estate market, allowing him to provide valuable local insight to his clients.

Outside of real estate, Dan enjoys playing baseball and spending quality time with his family. He is also an avid traveller and has explored destinations including Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and Colombia.
